Shipping & Returns

Exchange policy for shipped orders: Shipped orders may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size.
If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you ordered, you must contact us within 10 days from the ship date on your invoice (receipt), and the item(s) should reach us within 21 days from the original ship date. Shipping charges will be applied to any exchange merchandise. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. On your packing slip, please note the item(s) you are exchanging and the new size you are requesting.
